Galleria’s Customer-Centric Merchandising solution for manufacturers uses the same proven functionality as our solution for retailers. Utilizing a manufacturers’ existing space planning software to build a planogram template; Galleria’s solution automatically creates and maintains hundreds or thousands of planograms tailored to individual stores, synchronizing the assortment and space planning processes to account for store-specific sales and space constraints.

It enables manufacturers to create and maintain executable planograms, optimizing inventory levels to match a store’s particular demand patterns. In this way it gives manufacturers a real world view of how its products behave in individual stores, which in turn can provide vital insight to perform “what if” scenarios when introducing new products.

Galleria’s solution enables manufacturers to maintain a strategic role in the merchandising process, rather than risk purely becoming a facility for producing high volumes of generic planograms.
