Ian Duncan-Lewis
– Chief Executive Officer
Ian joined Galleria in 1992 to head up the commercial department of the business, following a hugely successful role with major multi-national, AC Nielsen. In the early stages of Ian’s career with Galleria, he was instrumental in developing and launching the company’s assortment and space planning solutions into the European market. In 2000 Ian became Chief Executive of Galleria and it was his vision that the company should work far more strategically with retailers and that the issue of assortment and space needed to be far more intrinsic within retailer’s businesses. To this end, Ian has helped to transform the assortment and space planning market, from a tactical generic offering to an automated, customer-centric solution array.
Well known and widely respected within the retail industry, Ian now works closely with C-level retail executives to understand the changing needs in relation to all aspects of category management.
Jef Richards – Chief Technical Officer
Following his graduation in computer science, Jef jointly established North Staffordshire Information Systems, a software development company. He sold his stake in NSIS in1998 in order to join Galleria.
Jef leads the Galleria product research and development and has led the business in its innovation and creativity which has led to Galleria’s unique position in its marketplace today.
Peter Lee - Chief Financial
Officer
Peter is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant, responsible for all financial aspects of the business, including bank and investor relations. Since joining Galleria he has played a key role in driving the sustained growth of the company, developing a robust financial strategy and bringing in an experienced marketing team. Prior to joining Galleria in the summer of 2002, Peter worked for a corporate finance boutique, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, and was instrumental in advising the Galleria management team during their MBO.
Peter qualified in 1996 and prior to his M&A role, spent 8 years in industry working for BBA Group plc and Milliken.
Mike Humphreys - Chief Operations Officer
After graduation in 1996, Mike gained 4 years’ experience within the manufacturing sector as a software developer before moving to Galleria. Since then Mike has added value and direction to every major project which has been undertaken. Mike is an experienced IT professional with considerable experience within all parts of commercial software development and service delivery. He is currently responsible for Galleria’s entire product and service delivery function.
