US Based Roles
Project Manager:
To ensure the project structure, approach and timescales for the product delivery are agreed and implemented in liaison with the needs of both the client and Galleria.
Business Consultant:
An experienced retail professional who is able to understand the business requirements and objectives of a client, match those needs to Galleria’s concepts and demonstrate the potential benefits of our solutions in a client’s own context.
VP Marketing:
Responsible for setting new standards for marketing excellence at Galleria. This position will play a key role in driving end to end marketing execution on a global basis, both at a strategic and tactical level.
Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator:
Working directly for the VP Marketing, this position spans both the sales and marketing functions of a global team. The role involves proactively supporting the teams and taking personal responsibility for external marketing communications.
VP Sales : Americas:
To proactively identify and manage potential customers in the above territory through to a successful sale of Galleria products and services thereby achieving agreed financial targets.
Configuration and Deployment Engineer:
The role is split into two distinct elements, configuration of Galleria software to meet customer’s requirements and the setup of Galleria software solutions at a customer’s site.
Account Manager (Americas):
A sales professional, working within a retail environment with the ability to manage existing accounts on a national basis and growth potential to service new accounts in the Americas.
UK Based Roles
Account Manager (EMEA):
A sales professional, working within a retail environment with the ability to manage existing accounts on a national basis and growth potential to service new accounts in the EMEA region
Support Developer: All Levels
The support department is responsible for the delivery of all software patches and fixes in accordance with previously developed requirements and design documentation. We are currently recruiting for VB/C#, MS SQL Graduate developers, developers and senior developers within our rapidly expanding support department.
Infrastructure Apprentice :
Working alongside the current infrastructure co-ordinator the role involves supporting the hardware infrastructure of the business, administering the company servers and services.
Technical Author:
The technical authors role is to gather and study relevant information with regard to Galleria products to be sufficiently knowledgeable to write and present the documents to end users. Ensuring that it can be easily understood and meet the agreed style and format.
