Ian Duncan Lewis
Chief Executive Officer at Galleria
With extensive retail management experience, Ian joined UK-based Galleria in 1992 and advanced quickly through the sales function, excelling at identifying customer needs and aligning them with the development of Galleria's software and services offerings. Prior to Galleria, Ian played an important role in innovating space planning software at AC Nielsen, a multi-national provider of marketing research information services, analytical systems and tools.
In his current capacity, Ian focuses on the company’s strategic development, market positioning and global expansion.
Jef Richards
Chief Research and Strategy Officer at Galleria
An entrepreneur and innovator, Jef jointly established North Staffordshire Information Systems (NSIS), a software development business upon graduation. In 1998 he sold his stake in NSIS to join Galleria.
Highly experienced in software development, Jef is adept at understanding customer requirements and creating software solutions to answer retailer and manufacturer challenges. In 1999 Jef created a solution for Tesco that was later to become Galleria’s flagship customer-centric merchandising solution.
In his current role Jef is responsible for the strategic direction of Galleria’s software roadmap, working with some of the world’s leading retailers and manufacturers to identify future needs and trends in assortment, space planning and collaboration.
Peter Lee
Chief Financial Officer at Galleria
With more than eight years of experience with financial institutions such as BBA Group plc and Milliken, Peter joined Galleria in 2002 as a corporate financial strategist and advisor to the management team. Prior to Galleria, Peter worked for corporate finance house Tenon Livingstone Guarantee where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions in the SME marketplace. During this time, Peter was instrumental in the identification and alignment of Galleria’s future goals and objectives.
In his current role, Peter directs the overall financial plans and accounting practices for Galleria. He is also involved in guiding Galleria’s business through growth and development. Peter is a certified management accountant (ACMA, 1996).
Mike Humphreys
Chief Technology Officer at Galleria
Mike has more than twelve years experience in software development. Prior to joining Galleria, Mike gained 4 years’ experience within the manufacturing sector as a software developer before moving to Galleria in 2000. Since then Mike has added value and direction to every major project which has been undertaken. Mike is an experienced IT professional with considerable expertise within all parts of commercial software development and service delivery.
In his current role, he is responsible for Galleria’s entire product delivery function.
Doug Erickson
Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Galleria
In this capacity, Doug has overall responsibility for building Galleria’s global brand and sales. He also meets with key retail media and analysts who regularly contact him to delineate trends and provide insights into the fast-paced retail industry.
With more than 20 years of sales experience in supply chain software and systems, Doug joined Galleria in January 2005 as Vice President of Sales of the Americas. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing sales and strategy for the entire Galleria product line throughout the United States. Prior to Galleria, Doug held several sales management positions with Wisconsin-based HK Systems, a leading automated material handling and supply chain execution software solutions provider.
Bryan Eckhoff
Executive Vice president of Global Services at Galleria
In this capacity, Bryan is responsible for Account Management and Consulting Services for Galleria. His primary directive is to ensure the Galleria solutions are delivered on-time and within budget for our clients. Bryan and his team of retail merchandising experts provide on-going customer satisfaction by consulting with our clients to enhance their category management initiatives.
Previously with Galleria, Bryan was Director of Account Management Americas and later Director of Account Management Global.
Bryan joined Galleria with more than 15 years of systems consulting and retail software experience. Prior to Galleria, Bryan was Senior Director of Professional Services with StorePerform Technologies (sold to RedPrairie) and Vice President of Services and Product Strategy for Consolidated Commerce. Bryan began his career with Accenture in their Chicago and later London offices consulting and managing systems integration projects with large retailers.
